What is Fitness Bootcamp?
Boot Camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 3 times weekly for five weeks, at 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor environment, utilizing a motivational and energetic environment, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness.  You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout.   Boot Camp workouts include, but are not limited to: cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training, dumbbells, barbells, BOSU, agility ladders, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, etc.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
Don’t fret. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.  NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others. All Ages are Welcome!!!

Where is the location we meet?  
JKO Karate Studio in Garner. 

How often will we meet?
Three days a week.  Morning Session:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 AM. Afternoon Session:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Noon.


What do I need to bring?
water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. All exercise equipment is provided.

What can I achieve from Fitness Bootcamp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
$99 per session.  Sessions will last 5 weeks.  First session last 6 weeks with one week being free.  Take advantage!!!
