Finding your personal fitness trainer will help you to not only look better, but feel great! And, by working with a certified personal trainer, you can achieve the difference between working out day after day and not making any progress to obtaining the shape that you have only dreamed of having! Whether your goal is Muscle Gain, Fat Loss, Flexibility, Toning, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Nutrition, all of the above, or other specific fitness goals, your trainer will work with you to put all the pieces together in achieving your goal safely and effectively.
What exercises are included?
We incorporate exercises that focus on all major muscle groups. In each session we will perform 2 or 3 exercises for each muscle group. The muscle groups consist of legs, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abdominals.
What levels of workout do you offer?
Beginner to advanced.
How long is each session and where is each session performed?
Each session is 30 minutes to 45 minutes based on need. The sessions are performed in the comfort of your own home or in our inside the JKO Karate studio in Garner.
Who can benefit from in-home personal training?

New mothers and stay at home moms, people who dislike the health club atmosphere,
people who
seek privacy during their workouts or people whose schedules make going to the gym inconvenient.
What equipment is required?
We can bring any and all equipment that will be needed, but it is suggested that you have an exercise mat, a set of 3 lb. weights, 5 lb. weights and 10 lb. weights.
